This Refund Policy applies to all software products and services offered by
Drishti Technology and Services, operating under the brand
name Dtssoft India, including but not limited to
Attendance Notebook, My Club Notebook, GymNexo, and any other current
or future software solutions.
1. Eligibility for Refund
Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) days from the date of
invoice. Only payments made directly to Drishti Technology and Services are
eligible for refund consideration. Requests received after the seven-day
period will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Refund Approval
Refunds are applicable only for first-time subscriptions or purchases unless
otherwise stated in writing. Each refund request will be reviewed to ensure
compliance with this policy. We reserve the right to decline refund requests
that do not meet the eligibility criteria.
3. Refund Process & Timeline
Once a refund is approved, the refunded amount will be credited back to the
original payment method or bank account. Refunds will be processed within
three (3) business days from the date of approval. Actual credit timelines
may vary depending on the bank or payment gateway.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
Requests made after seven (7) days from the invoice date;
Subscription renewals, upgrades, or add-on services unless agreed in writing;
Partial usage of services after activation;
Customized development, integrations, or one-time setup fees;
Termination of services due to violation of the Terms & Conditions.
5. Taxes & Deductions
Applicable taxes, including GST and payment gateway charges, may be deducted
from the refund amount as per applicable regulations. Refunds will be issued
only for the net amount actually received.
6. Changes to This Refund Policy
Drishti Technology and Services reserves the right to update or modify this
Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will become effective once published
on our website.
