You must be at least 18 years old or legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to use our Services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.

5. Subscription, Pricing & Payments

6. Free Trial & Demo

Free trials or demos are for evaluation purposes only. Data entered during trial periods may be deleted after expiry.

You retain ownership of your data. We are not responsible for data loss caused by user actions, third-party services, or force majeure events. Users are advised to take regular backups.

You agree not to use the Services for unlawful purposes, attempt to hack or disrupt systems, misuse licenses, or upload malicious content. Violations may result in immediate termination.

We are not responsible for the availability or policies of third-party services integrated with our software.

11. Service Availability & Support

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance or technical issues.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the previous 12 months.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, non-payment, or misuse. Upon termination, access to Services and data may be restricted.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
